DESIGN CONCEPT
This design concept consists of a meeting that involves both the client and Brookes Designs to establish an overall concept for their project: visions and deadlines are discussed, budgets are created, timelines are set, and a plan is formed.

PROJECT COORDINATION & MANAGEMENT
In the phase prior to installation, Brookes Designs coordinates and organizes every stage of your project. We have created relationships with preferred professionals, working hand in hand with fully licensed, bonded and insured vendors, general contractors and sub-contractors as needed. When the team is carefully selected, the project will progress with the timeline that was discussed in the concept phase.
